Quality & Safety provides a range of functionality to manage auditing and occurrence reporting.

This maintains a safe environment for your workforce, whilst ensuring standards of quality are preserved.

Quality & Safety consists of the below features...

Audits

Allows the users to create and manage audits within the system. During creation, users can associate authority to designated individuals and set defined requirements for the audit and a check list of questions.

Audit instances can then be scheduled, either individually or in bulk based on data ranges. Once scheduled users can use the Audit Calendar to visualise audits, instances, non-conformances and actions processing.

Audit Ranges

Used to manage user-defined groups of audits and restrict access at range level as appropriate. The setup of these ranges offer the features below...

  • Security access control at range level via Role Management
  • Range specific audit number formatting
  • Range specific email template for use during audit action email notifications
  • Range specific assignment of functional setup table entries i.e. Action Type, Root Cause, Severity
  • Range specific default values for new audits

Non-Conformances & Actions

Users have the ability to create and process non-conformances, including root cause identification. Non-conformance actions can also be created, processed, and an approval process established. The system also allows the creation of notification emails and status alerts for both non-conformances and non-conformance actions.

Occurrences

Records all occurrence details and facilitates route cause identification. Basic information regarding the occurrence can be reported i.e., type, severity, description, date, time, responsibility, reported by etc. This includes integration with our Human Resources solution for employee related data. 

 

Additional details can then be recorded depending on the type of occurrence including:

 

  • Aircraft details which integrate with Fleet Management and maintains information such as flight No., route, crew & passenger info, tech log, A/C hours & cycles etc.

  • Maintenance details which integrate with ENVISION’s Base & Line and Component MRO modules and maintains information such as occurrence location, parts, task/s and/or defects related to the occurrence

  • Conditions details where information such as weather conditions, runway conditions, wake turbulence etc. as applicable to occurrence can be maintained

  • Bird Strike details as applicable to occurrence

Occurrence Actions

Manages occurrence action creation, processing and approval process including...

  • Auto creation of occurrence actions based on user defined setup
  • Auto calculation of occurrence action target dates based on user defined setup
  • Creation of occurrence action submission and approval process. This can be integrated with Human Resources ensuring only employees with the applicable roles and access rights can approve/reject submitted actions
  • Creation of occurrence email notifications and alerts

Occurrence Ranges

These can be used to manage user-defined groupings of occurrences, with access to these restricted at range level as appropriate. Occurrence ranges offer the below features...
