Schedule Manager provides the ability to create and manage a flight schedule, from which flights can be assigned to an aircraft. The sub-module also provides visibility of the maintenance requirements for each aircraft in your fleet.
If you are yet to determine the specific aircraft for the flight you can assign it to an aircraft type instead and then finalise the allocation at a later date.
Tail Assignment allows users to check planned maintenance activities and flights to understand the availability of any given aircraft. In addition, users can configure automatic tail assignments based on rules determined by the organisation. Examples of this include equally sharing flights between a given aircraft type, or prioritising aircraft based on usage.
FTL Rules Configuration enables users to succinctly manage and assign their list of FTL (Flight Time Limitations) rules. Users can also easily configure their own set of rules based on a number of definable fields. These include:
- Flight hours
- Duty Hours
- Days Off
- Early Starts, Late Finishes
- Maximum Flight Duty Period
- Minimum Rest
- Standby Duties
There is also the ability to assign FTL schemes to specific crew members and move crew members between FTL schemes based on the organization’s needs.
Crew Pairing allows for the creation of pairings which can be duplicated for future dates saving users time during long-term planning. Assignment can be made either manually by the user, or via auto-assignment for any given roster period.
Operations & Roster Board combines scheduled flights, maintenance activity and rostered crew into one easy to view planning board. By having all this information on one screen, users can easily understand their upcoming operations without having to switch between multiple screens or different systems.
From here users can drill down into various specific details and trigger further actions such as:
- Add new flights
- Update actual flights
- Change registrations
- Delay, cancel and divert flights
- Add transit points in a flight
- View planned work orders
- Allocate crews for a flight
- Assign crew as positioning
Hotel & Transport Bookings allows the user to manage the booking process for hotels and any transport requirements of the crew between flights.
Roster Publishing enables users to manage the publishing of crew rosters. The solution can create publishing periods, and then publish rosters via email to crew. Once the email has been read it automatically confirms any changes. Crew members also have the ability to login and view their rosters online.
Day of Operations Board provides a live, real-time view of the day’s flights and associated information. Flights are visualised on an interactive map alongside flight tracking details, alerts, and weather information.
From here flight details can be quickly updated, with additional actions such as diversions or cancellations, all from one screen.
Crew Check-In Manager allows users to manually check-in crew members ahead of flights or view whether crew have checked themselves in. A list of all crew can be displayed with their real-time check-in status highlighted.
Dispatch Manager allows users can record and mange tasks that are facilitated by other software systems. The statuses of activities such as catering, ground handling and weather checks can all be monitored and tracked.
Delay Analysis provides users with a dashboard view of on-time performance based on a customizable period of time. Any delays can be allocated to members of staff in order for them to comment and to initiate any corrective actions.
Create Missions in the system with linked flights that are capable of fulfilling the mission requirements. Missions are status workflow driven and allow the user to record additional details through pre-defined data fields.
