ENVISION Airworthiness allows you to manage your model configuration, reliability & serviceability, technical records and more, keeping aircraft fully compliant and ready to fly.
ENVISION Airworthiness allows you to manage your model configuration, reliability & serviceability, technical records and more, keeping aircraft fully compliant and ready to fly.
Our Fleet Management module allows users to manage the continuing airworthiness of their fleet. The module is designed to meet even the most stringent of regulatory requirements, recording a complete history of all maintenance and overhaul records for aircraft and components.
This keeps you compliant, whilst maximising the availability and effectiveness of your fleet.
Check out Fleet Management's features below...
Covers all aspects of maintaining the master allowable configuration for a particular aircraft type, from the airframe, through complex major assemblies, down to individual components and even software.
The module maintains part applicability and interchangeability rules, defines life tracking codes and life penalties, and allows for the setting of mandatory or non-mandatory flags associated to specific role configurations.
Supports all aspects of managing a maintenance program for a specific aircraft model and fleet. Individual maintenance tasks associated with a program can be defined and setup with the relevant applicability, life information (including thresholds) and intervals. Complex life rules can also be defined using our powerful rule builder. The maintenance task and program revision process is supported with comparison tools which allow a user to easily identify and assess changes before they are implemented.
Information which supports the effective planning of scheduled maintenance can be defined beneath the program at task level, this includes a variety of task control attributes and data that will facilitate the effective execution of tasks.
ENVISION also supports the concept of grouping of maintenance tasks for the purpose of planning.
Offers ENVISION users a powerful tool for forecasting and planning maintenance tasks. A range of forecast scenarios can be used to support what-if scenarios that are affected by changes in future utilisation.
The forecast will dynamically calculate due dates and from the results, the user can easily add maintenance tasks to work orders for execution.
Forecasts can be generated by a range of criteria including Fleet, Aircraft or Serial Number, Component Model or Part Number, Maintenance Task Group, or Maintenance Task.
Provides aircraft serviceability and status information at a fleet level via the Fleet Serviceability Status dashboard and Operational Status Enquiry screen, down to individual aircraft status via the Aircraft Enquiry function. From here, the user can easily access all pertinent information associated with that aircraft including the current serviceability, current physical configuration, recent journeys/technical logs, defects, structural damage records, maintenance task status and AD/SB/EO status.
The Aircraft Enquiry does not just provide information, but the user can access a wide range of transactions from within this function.
Allows users to process data entered on either an operators’ traditional paper based Technical Log or via an e-Techlog solution. Asset utilisation can be recorded by adding flight sectors which in turn updates life on all installed components. Pilot and maintenance reported defects can also be recorded, which link to ENVISION’s defect management functionality.
This supports the processing of open and deferred defects through to rectification. Component changes and the completion of routine scheduled maintenance inspections can also be recorded. An audit capability supports the checking of completed technical logs to ensure compliance before the log is locked as a permanent aircraft record. Cabin logs are also supported.
Allows the operator to record and maintain details of any structural damage on an aircraft or component. Mapping of damage can easily be recorded and links to repetitive inspections created and maintained.
Tracks all aspects of aircraft and component reliability. Alert rates can be defined by a range of criteria such as defect alert rates, component removal rates and more.
A range of reliability dashboards show data in graphical formats including:
