SALES MANAGER

EMEA

Rusada is one of the fastest growing companies in aviation technology. The firm is scaling up its sales capabilities as it plans to substantially increase its global market share.

We are seeking a sales professional with a demonstrable track record of success who can help Rusada maximise our growth potential.

The key responsibilities can be summarised as follows:

  • Develop and execute an international sales and account management plan
  • Win new & repeat business with airlines and MROs
  • Meet agreed targets as part of the growing sales team
  • Extensive international sales experience preferably from the technology sector
  • Experience of winning and managing customers in aviation is preferred
  • Experience of securing major software deals, i.e. contract values of approximately £250k – £5m.
  • A good track record of leading, developing and improving sales
  • Driven and self-motivated
  • A natural collaborator and networker
  • Able to operate effectively in a small, fast-growth company environment

This vacancy will focus on the EMEA region, preferably based in our UAE or UK offices.
