Configuration and Resource Manager

Configuration and Resource Manager is the core Manager in the Envision toolkit and acts as a central network and control for the business, providing a repository for all the data from operational managers and the analytical and key decision support back to them. This Manager is where much of the system set up is defined, controlling system behavior, system configuration and the users/employee resources allowed to function within the system.

Operations Manager

Operations Manager controls Flight Operations and delivers reliable flight schedule and fully interactive operations board management for your entire fleet (including charter flight management). It facilitates scheduling, journey control and monitoring and crew tasking, delivers alerts for maintenance work due, as well as ensures compliance with prevailing rules and regulations. It also delivers effective Crew Rostering when integrated with the Configuration and Resource Manager.

Maintenance Manager

Maintenance Manager manages the planning of work and its subsequent performance and monitoring. It employs sophisticated tools for the visualisation of planning and the use of forecasting for work order creation, as well as the ability to incorporate resource usage information when coupled with the Configuration and Resource Manager and requisitioning information when coupled with the Materials Manager. By combining multiple streams of information, effective capacity planning can be performed. Coupling this to shop floor data capture enables accurate analysis of performance and significantly improves efficiencies.

Engineering Manager

Engineering Manager contains sophisticated tools to help you manage technical instructions and establish their effect on the operation of the aircraft. In addition, there is an advanced maintenance program revision system which allows you to manage multiple approved and draft program revisions for your fleet, manage the submission and change procedure, change aircraft programs and compare actual dues against potential dues on a parallel planned program. Integration between the forecasting and work order system also allows for quick work-pack creation.

Materials Manager

Materials Manager manages all stores and inventory related actions. It supports multi-base and multi-warehouse spares management, including all aviation standard spares transactions. When integrated with Maintenance Manager, it offers a greater ability and increased efficiency over the control of all workshop demands.

Quality Assurance Manager

Quality Manager includes a Quality Audit System & Safety Assessment System. The Quality Assurance System provides innovative management tools for scheduling, controlling & monitoring internal and external audits to meet official aviation requirements as well as company defined requirements. The Safety Assessment System enables hazards to be identified and monitored. Risk assessments can be created and categorised and mitigating actions logged.

Documents and Records Manager

Documents and Records Manager works in conjunction with the Engineering Manager providing the template information to be applied to an individual aircraft or component and the tools to manage the day-to-day technical operation of the fleet. It covers most activities involved in maintaining aircraft and components, such as entering technical logs, recording defects, viewing and working on assets and forecasting. Many customers use the MAINTROL (Maintenance Control) Diary to report aircraft information, such as handover reports or AOG information. The module includes the technical library to record documentation received by the company.

Training Manager

Training Manager manages the company’s personnel training records i.e. required courses, lessons, exams that should be taken by individuals to be compliant with specific requirements needed to perform their specific job.

Finance Manager

Finance Manager is designed to work in unison with the company accounts package employed by an organisation. The company’s own accounts package remains the master repository for financial information and rusada:enterprise is designed to interact seamlessly with that package and handle all the transactional processes and data within defined periods.

Online Analytics Manager

On-line Analytics Manager, the latest addition to “Envision”, provides the graphical tools to visualise and monitor real-time business performance using the live data already captured and employed within the system. It provides management level information overviews in customisable graphical format to give invaluable insight into an organisation’s main business drivers and the measurement of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Incorporating a KPI engine configured to monitor company specific KPIs over various time periods, this module enables organisations to focus on meeting business targets, measuring performance and receiving critical business decision support in real-time. Configurable and customisable alerts provide notification of problems or thresholds reached, enabling positive action to change outcomes. Web-based, it also enables remote access to be granted to external users for a specific collection of assets with the security to control the data accessed.
