The Rusada Client Services team’s mission is to ensure that we understand your organisation and its needs in order to offer a fast “time to market” solution for your business, with the appropriate training and service support to enable you to get the most from our IT solutions.
Based on 20 years of experience in complex implementations around the world, our new Implementation methodology focuses on a best practice model that considerably reduces installation times. Adopting this new approach, training is key, since we want you to take ownership of our application from the beginning!
Following our new methodology, the Rusada Client Services team will meet you at the very early stage of our relationship. We will conduct a Project Scoping exercise to understand your organisation, identify with your challenges and meet your requirements. These same consultants, familiar with your organisation from your project scoping, will be allocated to the installation of rusada:enterprise in your business.
