For MROs and Service Organisations, including Component Suppliers, Logistic Companies and Training Organisations, efficient planning and co-ordination of all aspects of the maintenance and repair operation is critical. Synchronising planned and unplanned maintenance, managing inventory and logistics, quality and technical records, as well as time and attendance and financial management, is complex and labour intensive without an integrated support system.   

Rusada's Envision with its unique Configuration and Resource Manager, has been designed to integrate and co-ordinate each stage and function within the MRO service process. It covers all scheduled inspections, unscheduled rectifications, maintenance of technical records and work required to obtain renewal of Certificates of Airworthiness. Flexible and scaleable, Envision has the capability to manage an in-house fleet or third party fleets comprising single or multiple aircraft types. It can handle high volume – low cost repair items through to highly complex projects, such as aircraft modification or engine overhall.

In the highly competitive OEM markets for Civil, Corporate and Military fixed wing aircraft and helicopters, after sales service is a key diffentiator for OEM customers.  Envision can be pre-installed with all the aircraft data, enabling the OEM to offer operators an aircraft 'ready to fly', equipped with a complete and comprehensive  asset management system – also allowing the OEM to maintain control of its aircraft through data collaboration with the operator post sale.  

Pre-loading the Envision system facilitates collaboration and sharing of the aircraft’s core data by the operator with its MROs and other service organisations. The OEM is also able to offer the operator its own complete managed service as there is seemless colloboration of core asset data between OEM and Operator.  This is  essential for providing Continued Airworthiness Management (CAMO) services and managing an operator’s EASA Part 145 and Part M servicing requirements. The OEM can keep track of its aircraft, receiving and sharing maintenance and transactional data and providing reliability maintenance reporting.

For Operators of fixed wing and helicopter fleets, whether in the Civil, Corporate, Military, Training, Cargo or Emergency Services sectors, optimising fleet availability for flight operations is paramount to meet commercial or mission objectives.  This requires effective co-ordination of flight operations with support requirements, from engineering to logistics.  

By integrating each stage of operations Rusada's Envision toolkit helps all types of operators, including low cost airlines and operators of diverse fleet types, to achieve increased asset availability, greater operational efficiencies and cost savings.  As Envision is built around the data of the core asset – the aircraft – this data can be shared between the operator and its internal or external MRO provider.   

It captures data at all stages of the operation, controlling Fleet Operations, including Crewing and Flight Planning, Inventory & Logistics, Quality & Documentation, Human Resources and Training and if required, Line Maintenance and full MRO activities. The central control and co-ordination of each stage is performed by the unique Core Configuration, System and Resource Manager at the heart of Envision.
