Last year’s Rusada Client Forum was held in Lisbon, Portugal, and was attended by 30 clients and partners from around the Globe. The two day event provided delegates with the opportunity to meet the people behind Rusada, and learn about the latest developments and future plans within the company. As well as meeting and hearing from the Rusada executive team, attendees were introduced to the Rusada partner network and welcomed guest speakers from key partners, including Optimized Systems and Solutions (Rolls Royce Group), and SKF Asset Management Services, and client organisations, Hawker Beechcraft and Eurocopter.
Whilst providing the ideal setting to share ideas, experiences and feedback with fellow aviation professionals and the Rusada team, our principal aim at the forum, was to listen to our clients’ comments and suggestions, and building on those, explore and find new and improved ways for us all to work smarter and collaborate more effectively. This active participation and invaluable input from our clients enables us to ensure that we continue to move in the direction they need, improving the overall package of services and software that Rusada provides.
Combining the schedule with the idyllic Portuguese setting and our partner sponsored Welcome Cocktail and Dinner and Gala Dinner evenings, the consensus was that last year’s Client Forum proved to be a productive and rewarding event for everyone.
