Cameron Hood - Chief Executive Officer
Cameron Hood became Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Rusada SA in November 2009. Prior to this he was Chief Technical Officer (CTO) of the company, a position he held from March 2009. A graduate from Strathclyde University, Cameron has an honors degree in Technology and Business Studies. He began his career in an economic research consultancy, before moving on to IT consultancy in 1994 where he was a software developer at FI Group (now Steria). In 1997, Cameron established his own consultancy firm, Carruthers Consulting, undertaking various consultancy projects for organisations such as Scottish Power, Alba Life, Russell Adams and Data systems and Solutions. In 2001, he joined venture capital-backed CoreData as CTO and was part of the Board that saw the company's growth and subsequent sale to a Rolls-Royce company over a four-year period. Cameron remained engaged with the new owners for two years, assisting in both technical and business projects.
In 2005, Cameron established NVable to provide customers with rapid response business solutions through bespoke software solutions and the creation of service offerings, such as Infrastructure Support, VOIP Services and Content Management Hosting. NVable is now part of the Rusada Group of companies.
Hugh Revie - Chief Operations Officer
Hugh Revie is Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Rusada SA, a position he has held since January 2009, although he has been working with Rusada since 2007.
A graduate from Dundee University, where he completed a BSc degree in Mechanical Engineering in 1983, Hugh continued his studies at Strathclyde University, obtaining a PhD in Materials Engineering. He then spent the next 14 years working for British Aerospace before using his data management experience to set up CoreData Ltd. in 1999.
CoreData was an application services provider operating within the aerospace sector, providing technical data management, analysis and reporting. This company was acquired by Rolls-Royce/SAIC partnership Data Systems & Solutions in 2002, after which Hugh worked with DS&S for two years, then as a business consultant. Hugh joined Rusada (Russell Adams Ltd) initially on a consultancy basis, and was later invited to join the company. Prior to being appointed as COO, he held the position of Partner Director.
Ian Lundie - Chief Financial Officer

Ian Lundie joined the Rusada Executive team on 22nd February 2010, as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Prior to this he was Vice President Finance of Terex Construction, part of U.S. based Terex Corporation, responsible for the division’s finance and accounting operations across its manufacturing and distribution businesses in Europe, Asia and the Americas.
A graduate from the University of Stirling, Ian qualified with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland and began his career with Coopers and Lybrand, Chartered Accountants. In 1983 he joined MTG (UK) Limited, now part of Thomas Cook, where he held various positions to Group Finance and Administration Director. He left in March 1997 to take up the role of Finance Director and Company Secretary of Bowie-Castlebank Limited, the UK’s largest independent photo processor.
In 2001, Ian joined venture capital backed CoreData as Finance Director and Company Secretary, and along with colleagues, Cameron Hood and Hugh Revie, was part of the team that saw the company’s growth and subsequent sale to the Rolls Royce Group. Following a short period as Director of Risk Management, he then spent two years as Financial Director and Company Secretary of John Fleming and Company, timber merchants, before leaving to join Terex in October 2005.
Marco Pizzichini - Client Services Director
Marco Pizzichini joined Rusada in 2008 as Implementation and Methodology Director before being appointed as Head of Client Services in February 2009. He holds a Business Administration degree from the University of Lausanne (HEC) and began his career with American Express in New York.
Marco currently has more than 10 years’ experience in delivering international banking applications worldwide, mainly with the Temenos Group, and has also worked within the banking industry in the USA and Europe.
Gordon Cowan - Global Sales Director
Gordon Cowan became Global Head of Sales of Rusada SA in September 2009. Prior to this he was Interim Global Sales and Business Development Director and Executive advisor to the Rusada board. Gordon began his career within the Oil & Gas sector as a Management Trainee before moving into the sales arena with household names such as Mars Corporation and Glaxo Smithkline. In 1986, at the age of 23, Gordon secured a General Sales Management role and opened up European distribution in 8 countries for a record distribution company. He has also had several corporate roles, including Head of Corporate Communications for Unitec Corporation. In 1998, Gordon joined Catalyst Consulting as a Partner where he built up a Management Consultancy and Recruitment Consultancy business. It was Catalyst Consulting, with Gordon as lead Partner, who delivered most of the key personnel for CoreData, the organisation that fellow executives, Cameron Hood, Hugh Revie and Ian Lundie, built up and later sold to Rolls Royce Aerospace.
Gordon sold the Management Consultancy business in 2003 to an MBO, the recruitment business in 2004 to a London based plc and a healthcare business via a venture capital backed trade sale in 2006. Gordon has also undertaken several corporate recovery projects and currently has non-executive ownership and interest in a UK based call centre, web design company and a recruitment/corporate headhunting business. Gordon is also a non executive Director on several charity boards, assisting with commercial and fund raising expertise for health, education and food generating projects in Eastern Europe and Africa.
Steve Adams - Chairman
Steve Adams became Chairman of the Rusada Group Board in November 2009. Prior to this appointment he was Chief Executive Officer of Rusada Group - and co-founder of the original company, Russell Adams Limited. Steve began his career at the Rover Group after having been sponsored by them through his engineering degree at Hertfordshire University. He rose rapidly through the management ranks until leaving in 1987 to co-form the now, Rusada.
Steve has since spent over 20 years within the aviation industry as CEO of Rusada, building and leading the company from a UK based systems integrator, in to the global organisation that it is today with International offices and 100 staff around the World.
Following a complete transformation of the old organisation into Rusada, with new investors and the appointment of a new Executive team, Steve took on a new role as Chairman. He now continues to operate with the same passion and drive with which the business was started to ensure that the company's rapid development continues towards becoming the number one provider of complex asset management solutions in the World.
George Koukis - Board Member
Mr. George Koukis joined the Board of Rusada Group SA in September 2008. He is Chairman of Temenos, the banking sofware company, that he founded in 1993. Specialising in Banking Application software systems, Temenos is listed on the main board of the Zurich Stock Exchange in Switzerland, operates 54 offices worldwide and employs over 3000 people.
Mr. Koukis has been active in the software industry for more than 26 years, beginning at Qantas where he was heavily involved with the computerisation of the company's Management Information Systems (MIS and Accounting). He then spent six years with Management Science America (MSA), the largest independent software company at that time, headquartered in Atlanta Georgia. Mr. Koukis was based in Sydney, Australia where he held various management positions, including that of Managing Director responsible for Australia and Asia.
Mr Koukis holds a degree in commerce from the University of Technology in Sydney, Australia and is a registered Certified Public Accountant.
