Northern Australia's premier airline, Airnorth, moved from reliance on manual processes and a hybrid of systems to using Envision to manage its operations. The Rusada system enabled it to overcome the challenge of having multiple systems involving duplication of input across the company. This streamlining and single database has helped to alleviate limited resourcing and manage its diverse fleet of aircraft types. The system's ability to manage multiple types of aircraft, crew and operations whilst automating the majority of administration, allows the team to focus its time and effort on proactively managing the fleet.

Air Arabia, the Middle East and North Africa’s leading low-cost airline, utilises the Envision system to manage its fleet of Airbus 320’s. As a result of the system implementation, the operator has achieved enhanced operational efficiency and optimised aircraft availability. In addition, Rusada has also developed a bespoke fuel uplift report which enables Air Arabia to have greater control over its fuel revenue expense, monitoring fuel prices in real time and ensuring it buys at the best price from the best location and avoiding duplicate vendor payments. This alone has led to a reduction of around 0.5% in its fuel bills, thereby covering the cost of the system in under six months.

Abu Dhabi Aviation, the largest commercial helicopter operator in the Middle East, is rolling out the full functionality of the Envision system across its entire operations. The adoption of a single integrated system to carry out all the company’s activities, from flight planning and crewing through to operations, engineering planning, workshop management, inventory control, quality and finance, will enable them to not only manage more effectively their fleet and business, but also achieve greater operational efficiency and increase aircraft availability

Braathens Technical (part of the Braathens Aviation group), the second largest maintenance repair organisation in Sweden selected the Envision system when the then Swedish airline, Malmo Aviation took the decision to expand its operations to become a third party Maintenance and Repair Organisation (MRO). Its legacy system was unsuitable to support these extended services and was not capable of being upgraded. As a result, the company selected the Envision system which was able to deliver the means to integrate their engineering planning, workshop and warehouse operations, enabling the organisation to achieve the expansion of its operations without the need to take on significant numbers of staff. The resultant MRO operation is now known as Braathens Technical, following the purchase of Malmo Aviation by Braathens Aviation Group.

Babcock International Group through its Defense - Air business, delivers flying training, aircraft provision and through-life support to military forces in the UK and overseas, including the UK's Royal Air Force. These contracts are on a fixed-price, and pay by the hour basis and include stringent requirements regarding availability. In addition, government cutbacks continue to prompt Babcock to find ways of reducing costs significantly without compromising the quality of our service. The employment of the Rusada Enterprise tool has helped enable Babcock to improve operational efficiency and as a result, make savings on its training contracts over several years. These savings have been achieved through the reduction of inventory levels, the management of obsolescence and the increased ability to manage our vendors.

Eurocopter Group, the European helicopter manufacturing and support company, and a wholly owned subsidiary of EADS, is one of Rusada’s principal Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) clients. It employs Rusada systems across a number of its operations to meet a range of business requirements, as an OEM, operator, MRO and service organisation. Operations include the employment of a billingual French/English version of the Envision system by Eurocopter for the French Army to enable complete fleet management and maintenance of its aircraft across its various sites in France. Utilising the system enables full collaboration and sharing of aircraft data between the OEM and the French Army, ensuring operational efficiency is achieved and aircraft availability optimised, vital in a military environment.

Eurocopter also selected Rusada's Envision to help expand its OEM business into the provision of global CAMO (Continuing Airworthiness Management Organisation) services to meet the requirements of an EASA Part M/145/CAMO audit. The Rusada system, loaded centrally by the OEM to all aircraft types, has the capability to manage complex configuration control and customisable maintenance forecasting. As a result, Eurocopter is able to offer and supply customers with aircraft together with complete managed services, keeping track of all aircraft, receiving and sharing all transactional data and enabling the provision of reliability maintenance reporting.

Eurocopter UK, formerly McAlpine Helicopters, is also a long standing Rusada customer, employing Rusada systems to manage its daily maintenance and support requirements at its Oxford airport location. The Rusada solution is employed to manage its well-known Power-by-the-Hour (PBH) programme covering all scheduled inspections, unscheduled rectifications, maintenance of technical records and work required to obtain renewal of Certificates of Airworthiness for its helicopters.

Hong Kong Aircraft Engineering Company (HAECO) took the decision to expand its operations to launch a new Fleet Technical Management division. As a result, the Envision system was selected to manage its customers’ fleet technical management requirements. The company had an extensive IT infrastructure in place, so it was essential that the Rusada system could run in parallel with those, as well as work with the systems of their client airlines. As a result of the Envision system implementation, HAECO immediately reaped the benefits of operating a single system, allowing data to be used seamlessly across departments. Technical records and work pack planning were made significantly more efficient, enabling the company to take on more work, with reduced risks and with minimum effort.

The Korps Landelijke Politiediensten (KLPD) is part of the national police service for the Netherlands. The Envision system formed a key part of the total I.T. solution implemented by SKF Asset Management Services, a Rusada global service partner. As a result, the KLPD has a more efficient operation and can plan maintenance to ensure its diverse aircraft fleet is available at a moment’s notice.

V Australia, Australia's newest international airline, needed a system that helped it achieve operational efficiency, ensuring total legislative and regulatory compliance and also providing vitally important collaboration and sharing of data with its maintenance and Repair Organisation (MRO), SIAEC (SIA Engineering Company). The operator selected the Envision system and, working in collaboration with SIAEC, uses the system from their respective sites to manage V Australia's fleet of Boeing 777s to control maintenance, logistics and fleet technical management. As a result, real cost benefits have been achieved through the optimisation of resources and resulting increased efficiency.
