  • Produce project plan with detailed scope and deliverables
  • Execute and manage project
  • Communicate effectively with client, colleagues and line management
  • Receive signed off specification from client
  • Prepare regular updates on budget, progress plans
  • Implement and manage Change Control procedures
  • Manage key stakeholder relationships including;
    • Customers and Prospects
    • Pre-sales and sales teams
    • Product and support teams
  • You will successfully manage and deliver the implementations on time and in budget to our customers
  • Account Management – Take full responsibility for the existing customer relationships in their territory once the customer transitions from a new customer to an existing customer, also to lever additional business from the existing customer throughout term of the contract
  • To ensure the costs, lead-times and specifications of products and services proposed to customers are complete and carry acceptable risk as part of the SLA evaluation process
  • To propose developments of the Rusada products and services and define the service levels to meet customer expectations
  • To provide regular reports and forecasts of contract performance to support operations planning and budget/financial review processes.

Functional / Professional competencies:

  • More than 4 years experience in in Project Management / Account Management preferably within the Aviation Industry/ Engineering;
  • Successful in handling projects from inception to completion;
  • Process oriented / Hands on;
  • Strong Client focus;
  • Aviation / Logistics / Production experience or previous MRO systems.

Although this role involves regular travel and remote working at our customer’s locations, the expectation is that you will based out of one of our 8 international locations.

As part of Rusada’s continuing expansion programme, we have created an exciting opportunity for an Application Support Engineer to work in our Oxfordshire based office.

You will be responsible for supporting users of web and client/server based applications used in the aviation industry. This involves diagnosing application issues, managing hosted environments, and analysing data within a SQL database to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Alongside your existing experience of working in an Application Support role, you will be working closely with colleagues in support, development and training to develop an in-depth comprehensive knowledge of the Rusada software.

Some travel to Rusada’s worldwide customer base will be required, so if you are a graduate with a genuine interest in aviation and helping customers get the most from our products, then this is the role for you.

  • Two years’ experience in an Application Support role
  • Good understanding of SQL server data analysis
  • Strong business and customer-facing skills with the ability to build and maintain working relationships with customers at all levels
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced customer support environment
  • Understanding of SaaS web/application transactional systems

  • Aviation/Logistics/Production experience an advantage
  • Knowledge of IIS an advantage

Rusada is a global leader in aviation maintenance technology and following the successful launch of our Envision nGen solution, we are seeking to expand our UK development team based in our Banbury office.

Our experienced team are currently recruiting for a Software Developer with particular emphasis on C#, JavaScript and HTML capability.

  • Working closely with the nGen Framework Team, in the UK and India, you will support developers by writing and maintaining the core application
  • Research, design, develop, and maintain enhancements to existing and new software
  • Work with architect and product teams in design discussions and development on existing and new modules.
  • Web Application Development using C#, ASP.NET MVC, WEB API
  • Experience of client-side scripting (JavaScript)
  • Experience of SQL Server
  • Experience of HTML and CSS
  • Experience, or interest, in learning Knockout.js or other JavaScript libraries or frameworks
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science or related field preferred, but not essential
  • 3+ years previous experience working in a software development environment.
